Originally from Hartwell, Georgia, Pastor Charles spent much of his life in Connecticut.  Prior to becoming the pastor of Antrim Baptist Church, he served as Program Coordinator of the Recovery Employment Program for the Middlesex County Chamber of Commerce.  He has, for many years, ministered in the Connecticut prison system, reaching hundreds of inmates with the Good News of Jesus Christ.  He was also the Director of Evangelism at Victory Church in Middlefield, CT.  He and his wife, Maria Easter, have been married for thirteen years.
